    Sign the petition showing your support for a program of national service.
  3. Contact Candidates
    Make a telephone call, send a letter or an email and ask your candidate to support national service. See the Candidates list for links to the Presidential campaign Web sites.
  4. Invite your friends and colleagues to EveryoneServes.
  5. Contact your elected officials in the House of Representatives and the Senate. Ask them to support national service. To identify your elected officials, use the "Contact Congress" box in the right margin.
  6. Write your local newspaper and express your support for national service.
  7. Sign up for email updates. Use the form in the right margin.
  8. Post an item on your blog and link to EveryoneServes.
