Rob,

As one of the guys leading the effort to build the U.S. Public Service Academy, I wanted to applaud your efforts to promote mandatory national service. It's an uphill battle, certainly, but one worth fighting. Good luck -- and thanks for encouraging readers to learn more about the Academy.

We're in This Together

Thank you Chris. We need as many efforts to strengthen national service as we can find. My goal is a rich field of service opportunities where a base of mandatory service is deepened by leadership possibilities (such as the U.S. Public Service Academy), later life roles such as Senior Corps, and others.
